4 Week

Training and Diet package

This package is a quick fix for a short-term goal, ideally if you’re looking to get results fast for either an upcoming holiday or event. This is our most basic program and is ideal for short term commitment.

8 Week

 Training & Diet package

This package is more suited to someone who is ready to transform themselves for the better and build their knowledge on training and nutrition. We provide you with continuous support on your journey. Be ready to work hard and achieve results!

12 Week

 Training & Diet package

This package is perfect for completely transforming your body composition. If you are currently feeling demotivated and need guidance or taking your training to the next level. With our bespoke 12-week program you are guaranteed to get the best possible results, based on the personal information provided and check in support along your journey. This is ideal for competition prep or complete body transformation.

  • Every two weeks we will require you to send progress pictures and once a week send over your progress tracker filled in with your measurements. We will continually modify your training and cardio routine to transform your physique.
  • We provide WhatsApp support throughout your program. With this type of contact we can be on a one to one basis and easily accessible which means any questions you have we are there for you, giving you the motivation and support you need.
  • The programs we create for you are based around your own macro’s and calorie intake, once you have purchased a package and filled in our diet and lifestyle analysis we will create a bespoke personalised program. Maximising your results.
  • We strongly believe that you should always expand your knowledge on health and fitness. We have created added knowledge documents which will be sent out every two weeks to help you learn about different aspects of health and fitness combined. This will not only provide a foundation for your training but will also further your knowledge after finishing the program.
