THE TARGET

STEP 1
Choose your level:
10M'EMOM - Every Minute on the Minute:
This challenge follows the popular EMOM format. Every minute, on the minute, complete the designated number of burpees based on your chosen level. Push yourself, but remember, it's all for a great cause!
Dad Bod: 6 Burpees every minute
Beginner: 10 Burpees every minute
Athlete: 14 Burpees every minute
Big Daddy: 18 Burpees every minute
STEP 2
Set up your camera and film your burpee challenge or take a picture once you have completed your challenge with your results and effort.
STEP 3
Nominate 2 friends to take on the challenge and tag them in your post. Let’s see if they can beat your score! Spread the word and let’s get as many people involved as possible!
STEP 4
We ask you to take part in the challenge and donate to our go fund me page you can find on our social media platforms and our webiste. The target of our challenge is to raise £10,000. This will provide 200 FREE ‘Let’s Talk’ sessions for men to access our expert and professional team from the Armstrong Foundation.
