A proven track record of fantastic client transformations (evidence required)

Microsoft Excel experience - intermediate level.

At least 6 months previous online coaching experience.

At least 6 months previous personal training experience.

Level 2 & 3 Gym instructing / personal training qualification.

Any additional fitness qualifications are desirable.

A large client base - it is not a requirement to find your own clients.

Weekly check-in calls with the head coach to develop your own personal and professional skills.

Earning potential within Physique Academy is not capped and is likely to increase as each coach demonstrates their individual skills and explores their huge potential.

Psychological support is free for coaches, there is a requirement to attend a call on a regular basis with our designated therapists & an option to attend more frequently should coaches require or allows them to explore their mind, learn about psychology and identify methods to overcome mindset limitations.

Physique Academy friends and family are able to check in and talk to our designated therapists free of charge should they require some further support with their mental health.

Physique Academy coaches are able and required to attend frequent meetings designed to upskill individuals within a number of areas. Internal education includes, but is not limited to, coaching, nutrition, training, mindset, sales, marketing and a variety of other important transferable skills.

Physique Academy coaches are able to carry out their coaching roles from any location or environment, allowing them to travel freely, which is actively encouraged.

Flexible work allows for the highest quality service as coaches are able to create a routine around their work that suits their lifestyle.

Physique Academy offers free merchandise to all coaches and members of the team. Clothing is exclusive to both Physique Academy coaches and clients, allowing the team to represent the brand daily.

First 6 months: Potential to earn £2,800/month.

After 6 months: Potential to earn £3,500/month.

After 2 years: Potential to rise to £4,000/month.
