Devise innovative ideas and strategies to enhance our services, drive customer satisfaction, and improve sales performance. Constantly explore new opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.

MEETING PARTICIPATION

Attend meetings with other departments to share insights, align objectives, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance the overall success of the company.

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

Utilize Discord, email, and other communication channels to continuously improve our sales script, ensuring that it aligns with the evolving needs of our customers and effectively conveys our value proposition.

TRACKING AND FOLLOW-UPS

Maintain a comprehensive tracker to monitor leads, follow-up activities, and confirm scheduled calls. Promptly follow up with potential customers to secure appointments and facilitate further engagement.

ENGAGE IN POLLS

Participate actively in polls or surveys conducted by our team or partners to gather valuable feedback, gain insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.

MANAGE ALL SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS

Maintain a friendly and engaging presence across all social media platforms to connect with our target audience effectively. Regularly update accounts with valuable content and promptly respond to messages and inquiries.
