As a Marketing Manager at Physique Academy, you will play a pivotal role in steering the growth and influence of a dynamic brand that is dedicated to transforming the lives of thousands of men globally through bespoke health services. Physique Academy is not just about fitness; it is an all-encompassing approach to lifestyle improvement, incorporating physical, nutritional, and mental training programs. In this role, you will develop, execute, and manage marketing strategies that not only elevate the company’s brand visibility but also deeply resonate with men determined to improve their lives through structured and supportive coaching. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing to craft campaigns that clearly communicate the transformative experiences our programs offer, emphasizing how we tailor each aspect of our service, from workout plans to mental health guidance, to the individual needs of each client.

Your responsibility will extend to fostering a strong online community, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring that every marketing initiative aligns with Physique Academy’s ethos of high-quality, personalized health and fitness solutions. By driving innovative marketing solutions, you will directly contribute to the Academy's goal of enhancing physical, mental, and nutritional well-being of men around the world, ensuring that each marketing touchpoint is an opportunity to motivate and inspire potential clients to embark on their personal transformation journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Strategic Marketing Management:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with Physique Academy’s goals and targets the male demographic worldwide.
    • Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to tailor marketing strategies that engage men seeking health and fitness guidance.

  2. Digital Marketing:
    • Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media marketing to maximize reach and engagement.
    • Manage the company’s online presence, ensuring that the website and social media channels are optimized for user engagement and conversion.

  3. Content Creation:
    • Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content that resonates with the target audience, including blog posts, videos, newsletters, and digital ads.
    • Collaborate with our team of fitness coaches and experts to produce authentic and credible content.

  4. Brand Management:
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
    • Develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate Physique Academy’s values and the benefits of its services.

  5. Partnership and Collaboration:
    • Identify and collaborate with other brands, industry experts, and other relevant partners to expand market reach.
    • Work closely with the sales team and lead generation teams to align marketing strategies with sales/lead objectives.

  6. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using data analysis to inform future marketing decisions.
    • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing strategies.

  7. Advertisement Experience:
    • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to Physique Academy’s services.

  8. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
    • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven team environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the health, fitness, or wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience in SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Prior experience in a health and fitness-oriented business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Digital Marketing, etc.

Additional Information:

  • Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week with flexible working arrangements.

Rate:

  • Hours: Self-employed - £3600 - £4000 per month.
