Job Purpose

As a Sales Representative at Physique Academy, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through effective consultation calls, strategic lead management, and direct sales efforts. Your primary objective will be to convert prospective clients into active members by delivering compelling value propositions and ensuring a personalized client-coach fit.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultations

Conduct consultation calls with prospective clients who book a call, aiming for high engagement and conversion rates.

Performance Tracking

Manage and update your tracking sheet daily to reflect consultation outcomes and sales progress.

Sales Targets

Achieve a 60% show-up rate for all booked consultation calls. Aim for a 60% close rate on completed consultation calls.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the sales management team to increase lead numbers, show-up rates, and conversion rates across the business. Collaborate with operations management on the effective distribution of calls and allocation of signed-up clients to appropriate coaches.

Meeting Attendance

Participate in weekly full team meetings on Monday mornings at 8:00 AM. Attend weekly sales team calls on Wednesdays at 9:00 AM.

Operational Efficiency

Be available for consultation calls from 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Additional hours/calls can be arranged upon request. Work closely with management in strategic planning for the sales department.

Lead Management

Update the sales tracker daily, ensuring all fields are filled and notes are added for continuous tracking of lead progress. Work with operations and coaches to assign clients to the "best fit" coach. Constantly communicate with the wider sales team on new opportunities and strategies. Provide daily updates on calls taken, sales completed, and warm leads reached out to.

Pay Structure

Commissions

  • High Ticket Monthly Sign-Up: £125
  • Low Ticket Monthly Sign-Up: £80
  • Paid In Full Low Ticket Commission (6 Months): £160
  • Paid In Full Low Ticket Commission (12 Months): £320

Bonuses

Achieve a 70% conversion rate and earn a 20% commission on the monthly total commission.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a health, fitness, or wellness environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuade and close sales effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivated by targets and driven to exceed them.
  • Available to work flexible hours to meet client and business needs.
