Sports Psychologist Job Application

We are looking to take on an experienced Sports Psychologist to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess the coaches needs and abilities and monitor performance and behaviour.
- Implement strategies to help coaches/clients overcome difficulties, improve results, or realise potential.
- Deliver group training/workshops covering phycological topics within fitness (2 x per month)
- Provide 1-1 support to coaches for their own mental wellbeing (1 x per month)
- Provide 1-1 support to clients if required (adhoc – first call is free then fee to be charged to client)
- Produce mindset focused content for PA socials once per week(images/blogs/videos)
- Produce a webinar for client educational centre (1 x per month)
- Report to management weekly on progress/wellbeing of coaches and figures.
- Attend weekly meetings with full team.

- Introduce quarterly mindset meet ups and workshops for the coaches/clients.

- To build out a syllabus for educating the coaches and maybe even clients.
