Over the next 30 days you will remove all bad habits out of your life supercharging your physique, mindset and health.

This is a FREE 30 Day Challenge giving you an insight into how we are one of the most successful male coaching programs in the world.

Challenge Rules

1 Eat a whole food diet - No junk food/cheat meals.
2 Daily Workout - Gym/run/bodyweight.
3 3-4L of Water.
4 No Alcohol, Drugs, or Porn.
5 Daily self-development - Reading, Audiobook, Podcast. (Non-fiction) *15mins
6 Daily Recovery & Mindfulness - Breathwork, Ice bath, Sauna, Meditation, Journaling *choose one
7 Daily topless selfie pic of you daily (optional)
8 6-7 hours of sleep
9 Daily 6000-10,000 steps & 15 min daylight exposure
