All our online coaching training subscriptions are subject to a six month's contract are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferrable. Since Physique Academy’s intellectual property is made available at the point of purchase, we cannot accept any requests for refunds. Due to your purchase being a coaching package in a business capacity, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. All contracts and purchases are binding. Please make sure you are 100% committed prior to purchase.

All digital products, subscription, workout plans, nutritional plans, ebooks, training guides, merchandise, PDF downloads, resource material, videos, online content and transformation programmes are subject to copyright protection. Our product sold is licensed to a single user only. Customers are not allowed to copy, distribute, share and/or transfer the product/s (and/or their associated username/passwords) they purchased to any third party or person.

All transactions/purchases of any products from www.physiqueacademy.co.uk are made through secure payment gateway Stripe. This is safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

Cancellation Policy


This cancellation form is only applicable to individuals who have completed their six-month period.

Please be advised that canceling your subscription before completing the six-month commitment will result in a charge for the remaining duration. This policy ensures fairness and sustainability for our services. We appreciate your understanding and are available to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding the cancellation process or your subscription.


All our online coaching subscriptions are set for a duration of six months, and it is important to honour this commitment. Following the initial six-month subscription plan, you will continue to be billed on a monthly basis, with the subscription rolling over on the same day of each subsequent month.

Should you decide to cancel your subscription after the initial six-month period, please provide us with one month's notice prior to your intended cancellation date. Once we receive your cancellation request and process it, the cancellation will take effect from the next billing period.

Please Note: As per your agreement, upon submission of your cancellation request, at least one final payment will still be processed in accordance with the terms of your agreement, which requires notifying us at least one month before cancellation. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, feel free to reach out to your coach.
