Terms and Conditions for Physique Academy Free Gym Membership Competition

1. Eligibility:

• This competition is open to individuals aged 16 and over.
• Participants must have an active Instagram account.

2. Prize:

• The prize is a free gym membership, paid for by Physique Academy, with a total value not exceeding £300 for the entire year. If the winner wishes to join a gym membership outside of this price, they will need to pay for the remaining total themselves.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

3. Entry Requirements:

• To enter the competition, participants must:
1. Follow the official Physique Academy Instagram page (@PhysiqueAcademy).
2. Like the competition post.
3. Tag a friend in the comments of the competition post.
4. Share the competition post on their own Instagram story and tag @PhysiqueAcademy.

4. Competition Period:

• The competition opens on 05/12/2024 and closes on January 31st, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and will be announced on January 3rd, 2025, via the Physique Academy official Instagram page.

6. Claiming the Prize:

• The winner must work directly with Physique Academy to complete the purchase of the gym membership.
• Physique Academy will only contact the winner through the official Instagram page. We will not be responsible for any issues arising from false accounts or impersonators.

7. Liability:

• Physique Academy will not be liable for any injuries or accidents that occur as a result of using the gym membership.

8. General Conditions:

• By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
• Physique Academy reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

9. Privacy:

• Participants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and in accordance with Physique Academy’s privacy policy.
