TRAINING CONTRACT / AGREEMENT
The Summer Shred Challenge 2024 requires a minimum commitment of 4 months for you to gain the necessary skills, knowledge, and support to create sustainable lifelong change. This is a crucial period during which you will be receiving invaluable guidance and advice from our experienced team.
Please note that your subscription fees will be collected monthly via direct debit and processed through Stripe. We would also like to emphasise that our cancellation policy requires 1 calendar month's notice to cancel your subscription after the minimum term. Failure to provide this notice will result in additional charges being collected.
In the event of any failed payments, we reserve the right to take legal action against you to recover the outstanding balance, as well as any additional fees or fines incurred as a result. It's important to note that failed payments can negatively impact your credit score and may affect your ability to obtain credit in the future.
It is important to understand that after the initial 4 months, you may choose to continue with our coaching services, and your subscription will continue accordingly. However, if you wish to opt-out and cancel your subscription, you must notify us at least one month prior to the end of the 4-month period. This is to ensure that we are able to process your subscription cancellation request and prevent any further charges from being collected.
Please be advised that failure to comply with these terms will result in legal action being taken against you, and any failed payments will result in fines being added to your outstanding balance. We take our contracts very seriously and will not hesitate to enforce the terms outlined in this agreement.

1. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
A. Confidentially. Any information disclosed to us, or any of our employees or representatives will be kept in confidence. Any personal details and medical information will not be made available to third parties unless permission to do so Is first sought and the granted by you. Please sign here if you are happy for Physique Academy to use photographs of your transformation for promotional use.
B. Recommendations. Through the use of our professional judgment and any experience, we will be suggesting certain lifestyle changes incorporating exercise that we strongly believe will align with and help you achieve your personal goals. If at any stage through our supervision you have specific requests, we again will use our professional judgment in looking to accommodate them.
C. Referral. We intend to work with you with the scope of our professional knowledge and competencies as a certified and suitably insured exercise professional. If throughout your time under our supervision, we see it in your best interests to be referred to another health professional we will do so appropriately.
2. CHECK INS
Check-ins days are essential to keep you on track and accountable for your results whilst at Physique Academy, making sure you are adhering to the guidelines and the program. We have provided step by step instructions of what you need to do for each step of your check-in. We will advise you of your check-in days; this is when you need to check in and send across your photos and updated measurements (progress tracker). If for any reason you are unable to check in, please check in with the team the day before.
3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO US
A. Disclosure of information.
You must disclose all health information as requested at our initial consultation to ensure we are fully informed of anything that may impact or alter how we work with you. You must keep us updated on any changes that may occur to your overall health. This includes all medical conditions: physical & mental, injuries, allergies, and medication that you may be prescribed. If necessary and if requested, you may need to seek clearance from your doctor before participating in the exercise programme we have suggested. B. Your acceptance of potential risks. For most, exercise is hugely beneficial; there however remains some element or risk that we require you to be aware of, acknowledge and for you to sign the informed consent and disclaimer that we have provided you with.
4. ESSENTIAL PROTOCOLS TO FOLLOW
A. Fill in the Physique Academy progress tracker excel document every week.
B. Take your body circumference measurements every week.
C. Take progress pictures every 2 weeks.
D. Track your daily steps average for the week, providing the information on the progress tracker at every check-in.
E. Fill in how many of your scheduled training and cardio workouts you completed based on your program. i.e. (3/5) completed for the week. As seen on the progress tracker.
F. When comparing your new progress pictures to previous, did you see any changes to your body composition? Did your shape change? Depending on if the answer is a Yes or No. Fill the excel tracker accordingly.
G. Every two weeks review your progress and how well you adhered to the program. If you want to request any changes to your plan, please write them down and bring them up at check in.
5. CONTACT WITH YOUR COACH
Our contact hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 7pm, and Saturday 8am – 12pm. Please note any messages received outside of these hours will not be responded to within the desired time frame.
As outlined in this contract, each coach at Physique Academy shall be entitled to a pro-rated amount of vacation leave, equating to three weeks per year. To minimise disruptions to the client's schedule, no more than seven consecutive days may be taken at one time. If a coach's scheduled vacation time includes UK bank holidays, those days shall be rescheduled to another day within the same week. Additionally, all coaches at Physique Academy shall be required to take a leave of seven days between Christmas Day and New Year's Day each year. These days shall be added to the end of the client's subscription period and will be counted within the three weeks of vacation leave allotted to the coach.
Working hours in the Coach country location/time zone are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 8am - 7pm
Saturday: 8am - 12pm
Sunday: Day Off
6. LET'S TALK
Clients are entitled to 5 complimentary "Let's Talk" calls. Subsequent calls will be subject to a fee, and clients are required to make payment for additional calls beyond the initial 5 free sessions.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER FOR PHYSIQUE ACADEMY
All of our Physique Academy testimonials and results are real people who we have trained. These individuals have followed our programs provided by our team. If you implement our products correctly from Physique Academy you should see great results, however it must be disclaimed that some people may not achieve the results they expect to achieve.
This is highly unlikely as it has never happened to someone who follows our customized plans correctly.
We never state that you’ll look like someone else, but strive to produce the best version of you, this should be made clear before purchasing the products.
The Physique Academy team are not medical professionals. We strongly suggest that anyone who is thinking of starting any product we offer whether it be online coaching, training or diet plans must seek medical advice prior to beginning them. Our advice given with regards to online coaching, diet or training plans should never be considered over medical comment and by participating in any of them you are doing so at your own risk.
Therefore, we are not responsible for any injury, illness or poor health and in worst cases death, as a result of using the Physique Academy. We would like to make this clear.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All our online coaching subscriptions are run on a four month's duration, you must adhere to this commitment. After the first four months subscriptions plan, you will continue to pay on a monthly arrangement rolling subscription on the same day of each month.
If you decide to make a cancellation after your subscription period, you need to notify us a month before you decide to cancel. Once we are informed of your request to cancel, your cancellation will be in effect from the next billing period.

REFUNDS POLICY
All our online coaching training subscriptions are subject to a four month's contract and are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferrable. Since Physique Academy’s intellectual property is made available at the point of purchase, we cannot accept any requests for refunds. Due to your purchase being a coaching package in a business capacity, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. All contracts and purchases are binding. Please make sure you are 100% committed prior to purchase.

Physique Academy reserves the right to restrict you from part or full access to the site as appropriate if any of the Terms and conditions are violated. We will make every effort to avoid any errors to the site when in use, this includes access issues. This may mean that at times the site will be unavailable or contain errors when we are making changes.

Retention Of Your Information The duration of time that we retain your collected personal data is determined by us, in a reasonable manner, based on a number of factors.
