As an online coach at Physique Academy, my journey in fitness began early, rooted in a lifetime of professional sports. Competing in CrossFit and functional fitness has shaped my perspective, teaching me that fitness is about much more than aesthetics - it's about unlocking strength, resilience, and potential in all areas of life.

I’m passionate about helping others become well-rounded athletes, empowering them to focus not just on physical transformation but on creating a balanced, sustainable lifestyle that enhances every aspect of their health and well-being. My approach is rooted in the belief that fitness should complement life, not restrict it.

Outside of coaching and training, you’ll often find me on the lookout for the latest bakery or burger joint - I’m a proud foodie! And yes, you can absolutely enjoy your favorite foods while staying in peak shape and performing at a high level. Achieving balance is the key to long-term success, and I’m here to show you how it’s done.

My coaching philosophy? "Tomorrow may never come, live for today." This mindset keeps us motivated to work hard now, make the most of each session, and enjoy the journey.
