Client of the Month - Connor

Our latest client of the month is one of the most dedicated and hard-working clients we have seen. Connor’s initial fitness goals were to get in the best shape of his life and build on his cardiovascular system with some endurance work. He has now archived a very fast 5k and 10k PB during the Manchester 10k last month, which is amazing, considering where he started! He is mentally feeling 100x better and happier within himself. He has built a great amount of knowledge of nutrition and training, which he now applies to his daily routine.

Connor has even showcased his transformation and his physique in a professional photo shoot. He has come extremely far since signing up to the program, but we aren’t stopping there. Connor has huge potential in all areas of fitness and together we are going to strive towards his optimum performance and physical best.

When did you join Physique Academy?

I joined physique academy around 4 and a half months ago.

Why did you join Physique Academy?

I joined because I saw Adam achieving great results, so I wanted to get great results for myself as well.

What have you achieved both physically and personally since joining the program?

Physically I have achieved the best physique of my life so far and achieved my best time participating in the Manchester 10k this year.

What is your ultimate fitness goal?

My ultimate fitness goal is to get my physique in the best shape possible and to keep improving my fitness levels whilst inspiring others at the same time.

What other areas of your life has Physique Academy helped you improve?

Other areas of my life physique academy have helped me improve in include my education on nutrition and balancing the correct amount of exercise and food to achieve my goal.

Would you recommend Physique Academy?

Yes, I would recommend physique academy which is something I have already done with my friend Gaz who is currently on his fitness journey with Harry.

What gets you motivated to complete the program to the best of your ability?

Wanting to be on top of my game and to be in the best shape possible is what motivates and knowing slacking isn’t what’s going to help get me there. As well as this, seeing the weekly changes keeps me progressing and making my coach proud on check in week.

Is there something fitness related you couldn’t do before joining Physique Academy?

Before joining Physique Academy, I wouldn’t have been able to achieve my personal best in the Manchester 10k.

How important is routine for you?

A routine is what keeps me on track and having my days set out keeps me in the right headspace to keep on going so I can carry on improving and achieving my goal so it is very important. 

What has been your highlight of working with Physique Academy?

My highlight of working with physique academy has been my weekly check ins with Harry as I look forward to his feedback about my progress.

What’s next on your fitness journey?

The next thing on my fitness journey is to work with Harry on my lean bulk and to continue achieving my fitness goals/ physique to help pave the way to hopefully participate in the London marathon in 2022
