Congratulations to our March client of the month Damo! Damo has been working alongside coach Adam to achieve incredible results and the work isn't done yet. He is currently 43lbs down in 24 weeks! Whilst dropping body fat he has also accrued a great element of lean mass!

Damien has also increased his strength across all his compound lifts, he’s much fitter, faster, and stronger in all areas of training. During his current time working with Adam, he’s told Adam he has re-fallen in love with training after it previously felt like a chore, this is now something he lives for, something he does, part of his lifestyle! Whilst on plan, Damien has been blessed with a beautiful baby girl which for most would set them back, but this has added more fuel to the fire giving him added motivation to become better and be a role model to his daughter.

When did you join the Physique Academy?

I joint the academy on the 10th of September 2022.

Why did you join Physique Academy?

I joined physique academy as I have always trained but never managed to see results. I wanted a change in lifestyle to help me stay in shape.

I also have some friends who are on the physique academy journey which inspired me even more.

What have you achieved both physically and personally since joining the academy?

I have increased my strength & cardio across all exercises allowing me to keep seeing results.  Mentally I feel I have become unbreakable. My routine is locked in & my mindset has never been this strong in my life.

What is your ultimate fitness goal?

Just to be healthier all around. Health is wealth to me. If I had a main goal it would be to run a marathon as running was never a strong point of mine before the program.

In what other areas of your life has Physique Academy helped you improve?

Physique Academy has helped me kick many bad habits out of my life. Eating was one of them but with being committed to a diet plan I have found it a lot easier to refuse things in the past that I would have usually done previously. I rarely drink now but before the program, I was out most weekends. Also smoking was cut out which was something I wanted to stop for a long time.

Would you recommend Physique Academy?

100% I would recommend Physique Academy to anyone who is looking to improve their lifestyle & mindset but most of all anyone who is looking to truly challenge themselves mentally & physically.

What gets you motivated to complete the programme to best of your ability?

At first, I didn’t want to let myself down or especially my coach Adam. This pushed me to leave it all in the gym. After a while those 2 weeks of photo check-ins were what had me working harder as it became an addiction to see how much I could change every 2 weeks.

Is there something fitness related you can do now you couldn’t do before joining Physique Academy?

Running is one thing that I could never really do as I have always been top-heavy. After the first few weeks when I started losing weight, I gained the confidence to try again & now it’s something I love! Done my first half marathon on New Year’s Eve to start the year correctly!

How important is a routine for you?

Routine is majorly important to me, especially since joining the physique academy before I had no routine whatsoever. I feel my routine allows me to stay consistent because once I do something out of my planned routine, I cannot rest easy.

What has been your highlight of working with Physique Academy?

The whole process itself is a highlight from the first call with Adam up until now. I fell in love with the journey.

What’s next on your fitness journey?

I am hoping to become a personal trainer at some point towards the end of the year. Once I have finished my physique academy journey this will be next on my list.

If Damien has inspired you to change your lifestyle, book a FREE consultation call with the Physique Academy, and let’s get started.
