Client of the Month - Josh Allan


We’re happy to introduce our latest Client of the Month! Josh Allan has pushed himself both physically and mentally since joining the academy and the results speak for themselves. Josh has risen to the challenge and has lost 28lbs in 14 weeks. Josh is one of the most dedicated clients we have seen and built his regime around his weekly check-ins constantly improving week in, week out.

When did you join the Physique Academy?

I joined PA at the beginning of February this year.

Why did you join Physique Academy?

I joined PA because I wanted to make a lifestyle change. I was sick of the bad habits I had developed around eating and wanted to grow and improve my knowledge around the importance of a good diet and the effect it has on results of training.

What have you achieved both physically and personally since joining the academy?

I have achieved goals I didn’t think were possible for myself. I feel and look the best I have ever done and have grown in confidence massively. It has given me a different look on the way I eat and train now and has ultimately made me a much healthier person physically and mentally.

What is your ultimate fitness goal?

My ultimate fitness goal is to just be happy in my body and not be ashamed of the way I look.

In what other areas of your life has Physique Academy helped you improve?

PA has helped me massively in my work life. I have bundles of energy now throughout the day down to a healthy diet which has made me much more productive at work.

Would you recommend Physique Academy?

1,000,000% - George and the team are an absolute credit to the fitness industry and couldn’t have picked someone better suited for me.

What gets you motivated to complete the programme to the best of your ability?

I wanted to make a change, I was sick of my bad eating habits and going to the gym and expecting to see a change. My weekly check-ins were worth their weight in gold as I built my week around them and it motivated me through the week to make sure I was in the best position for them.

Is there something fitness related you can do now you couldn’t do before joining Physique Academy?

I can run 10km in under 48 minutes whereas before I couldn’t manage that length, let alone in that time.

How important is a routine for you?

It’s huge for me - getting up in the morning, going to the gym at 6am, breakfast at 8:30 then just going about my working day really puts me in a good mindset for the day.

What has been your highlight of working with Physique Academy?

The process has been one big highlight, every week reaching a new milestone I didn’t think was possible and just watching my body change throughout the process has been so enjoyable.

What’s next on your fitness journey?

My next fitness journey is to get down to my ideal weight of 65kg and be able to sustainably maintain that while building muscle - I also want to start running 10km and gradually increase to half marathons to really push myself. Then who knows...maybe a marathon one day.
