Client of the Month - Zachary Pinkowski
Congratulations to our latest client of the month, Zachary Pinkowski. Before joining the Physique Academy and working with coach Zayne, Zachary was bouncing back and forth between routines with no clear direction, now he has a solid plan that is pushing him past his goals and helping him form new ones. At the beginning he could barely deadlift his own weight or run a mile without stopping, now he is pushing well past his weight in deadlifts and is chipping away at his 5k time weekly. Zackary has lost in incredible 15lbs of fat and continues to strengthen in the gym and increase his endurance.

When did you join the Physique Academy?
I joined the end of June of this year.
Why did you join Physique Academy?
I’ve been working out for years and have constantly gone through cycles of getting in shape to then falling off track and out of shape in the summer months and around the holidays. I joined to not only get in shape but to break this cycle.
What have you achieved both physically and personally since joining the Academy?
Since joining Physique Academy, I’ve lost over 15 lbs of fat while maintaining and even building muscle mass. I’m back to running after a few year hiatus, and actually enjoying cardio. Personally my mindset has shifted from only getting in shape for the summer to actually building a physique and maintaining healthy habits through holidays, vacations and social events.
What is your ultimate fitness goal?
Originally my goal was to get lean and drop body fat but working towards that has mad me want to put on more mass and put health and fitness to the forefront.
In what other areas of your life has Physique Academy helped you improve?
The program has helped me manage expectations with regards to social events and travel, where a night out or a trip would derail any progress made, I can now enjoy these events with in reason and replace certain habits like drinking on the weekends with more active events. Following the program and seeing the results that has come from it has also increased my confidence not just in the gym but in my social life as well.
Would you recommend Physique Academy?
Without a doubt I’d recommend Physique Academy, it was definitely a life changing decision that has drastically improved my physique, health and outlook on life. If anyone is on the fence and needs that nudge to join the program, let me say it will be the best decision you make for improving your physical and mental health with lasting effects.
What gets you motivated to complete the programme to best of your ability?
Having a coach that holds you accountable has been a game changer. Ive been on routines that were either poorly designed or not challenging enough which were all easy to fall off of. Having a tailor made regimen and nutrition plan from a coach who is a text away with questions or challenges is key in maintaining the motivation and desire to be the best version of yourself you can.
Is there something fitness related you can do now you couldn’t do before joining Physique Academy?

How important is a routine for you?
Without a routine, it is so easy to fall back into bad habits. So with one in place I not only am progressing physically but am making positive decisions to not effect that routine.
What has been your highlight of working with Physique Academy?
When you work out for so long without direction or any real goals, there’s this lack of motivation and a voice telling you to just call it, go home early, or not push yourself. The biggest nightlight that has come from working with Physique Academy is the increased motivation and a push to be better, get stronger and know that the efforts made will have lasting effects.
What’s next on your fitness journey?
In just over four months I’ve completed Phase 1, am the leanest and strongest I’ve ever been and am running the furthest I ever have. Now on to Phase 2, it’s all about building mass while increasing strength and endurance.
